White Truffles founder, Wanda Srdoc is passionate about Truffles. Catch her on a delivery, at an event or on a culinary tour and she will be beaming with energy and excitement to share her vast expertise on selecting, storing and cooking with truffles. Wanda hails from 4 generations of family in the Truffle Trade beginning with her great-grandfather’s introduction to truffle hunting and truffle dog training in the early 1930s. I guess you can say she gets the truffle love honestly!
