DESCRIPTION: Truffle Lady of Toronto shares her experience, history and culture in the secret world of white truffles. She will demonstrate how to select, store, use and enjoy this rare and seasonal treat. She will provide a number of sample of how to entertain with truffles – from appetizers, mains to desserts. Wine Specialist, Tamara Oswald, will teach you how to pair a wide range of wines which are specifically suited for truffles.  Your course will include truffle facts along with truffle samplers and a perfectly paired wine.
